Friends of the Library

     The Coshocton Friends of the Library help promote the library and literacy in our community.  Membership dues and proceeds from our used book store, Books Galore, provide the funding for Library programs and events such as:

ü       Children’s holiday celebrations

ü       Guest speakers and performers 

ü       Summer Reading programs for children, teens and adults

ü       Teen Advisory Board and teen programs

ü       Senior Coffee Club

ü       Children’s and Adult Book Discussion Groups

ü       Nursing home visits and programs

ü       Book bags for delivery to Homebound patrons

ü       Children’s Story Times

ü       Books For Babies program

     Without the financial contribution of the Friends, the Library could not continue offering the quality programs and activities that patrons have come to expect.  The support received from our members is important and always appreciated.  Whether you volunteer your time and talents or simply pay your annual membership dues, we would be happy to have you as a member of our team!  Please fill out the application below and become a member of the Coshocton Friends of the Library today. 

Membership includes a bi-monthly Library newsletter mailed to your home.
The membership year is July 1  - June 30.

Friends of the Library meet the second Wednesday of each month at noon in the Library large meeting room.
