Need a one-on-one appointment for basic technology assistance? The Adult Services Department at the Coshocton County District Library can help! Book a 30-minute appointment with one of our knowledgeable staff members by calling the library at 740-622-0956. Online training for basic technology skills is also available for free through Northstar Digital Literacy.

Before you schedule an appointment, please note that this service is for educational purposes only. While staff will try their best to answer questions and provide device help, they are not technology experts and may not be able to solve all problems. Please review the following guidelines to determine if library staff can help.

Before You Arrive:

Have a clear goal or a list of what you would like to learn.
Bring all passwords/PINs.
Bring your cell phone to verify two-factor authentications.
Bring your device charged and/or with a power cord.
