Virtual Author Talks In partnership with the Library Speakers Consortium, Coshocton County District Library patrons now have access to free virtual author talks featuring bestselling and highly acclaimed authors. This new service has been made possible in thanks to the Coshocton Foundation and a generous donor. Two to three author talks are available via digital livestream each month. Lapsit will be held through March 27 then resume in the summer. Car Seat Distribution The library is partnering with Coshocton Public Health District to distribute car seats and booster seats to eligible families. This will take place after Storytimes on Tuesday, February 18; Thursday, February 20; Tuesday, March 4; and Thursday, March 6. Flyers with more information are available at the library. Books Galore Book Store Located in the basement of the Coshocton County District Library, Books Galore has gently used books, DVDs, CDs, and more, all at bargain prices. The bookstore is run entirely by volunteers from the Friends of the Library. Cash sales only. Bookstore Hours: Monday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Donations The Friends accept donations of gently-used books, DVDs, and CDs in great shape and magazines no older than 1 year. Monthly Meetings The Friends meet the second Wednesday of each month at 12:00 PM in the large meeting room of the Coshocton County District Library. Annual Book Sale Mark your calendars!
