Meeting Rooms

Public Meeting Room Space

The Coshocton County District Library offers two meeting room spaces and a shelter at the West Lafayette Branch for public use: 

  • One small meeting room, which will accommodate 10 to 12 people
  • One large meeting room, which will accommodate up to 50 people lecture-style or up to 48 people at tables (a small kitchen is also attached to this room)
  • West Lafayette Rotary Reading Shelter, located behind the West Lafayette Branch Library 

The meeting rooms and shelter are free of charge to educational, cultural, civic, social, political, religious, professional, or other non-profit organizations. Businesses may reserve the rooms for staff training and continuing education purposes. All other business/for-profit use is limited to drop-in use of the small meeting room only. Soliciting, fundraising, and sales of any kind by a non-library group are strictly prohibited.

Small Meeting Room Reservation Requests

  1. Please review the meeting room policy requirements.
  2. Check the availability of the room and request use of it here: Space Availability | Main Location.
  3. Please allow up to 3 days for your request to be reviewed.

Large Meeting Room Reservation Requests

  1. Please review the meeting room policy requirements.
  2. If policy requirements are met, please call 740-622-0956 or email info@coshoctonlibrary.org to inquire about the availability of the large meeting room. A meeting room reservation form will need completed and signed by the responsible individual.
