Coshocton County District Library e-cards are available for Ohio residents and offer access to digital resources such as Libby, Hoopla, EBSCO, and the Newspaper Index. To apply for an e-card, simply complete the online application. Once registration is complete, you will receive an e-card via email within 24-48 hours. Enjoy the Library 24/7 from home!
